Dear Ms. Bryant:
This is in response to your letter of October 15, 1979 in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, a lk. ting of NRC contract awards for fiscal year 1979.
Enclosed is a listing of NRC contracts executed in fiscal year 1979, containing the contract number, name of the firm awarded the contract and the title or subject of each contract.
Pursuant to a telephone conversation of October 31, 1979 with Jacob H.
Zamansky of my staff, Mr. Zamansky had informed you that to provide the dollar amount of each contract, which you requested, would require a good deal of search time.
You agreed to accept the enclosed list and to further correspond with us should you desire the search performed.
In this regard, you should be aware of the provisions of 10 CFR 9.14 (copy enclosed) which establishes the rates for research and reproduction charges.
