APPIICANTS' RESPONSE TO SCANP' S MOTION FOR IiESCHEDULING OF EVIDENTIARY HEARINGS By its motion dated October 9,1979, intervenor SCANP asked the Licensing Board to reschedule the evidentiary hearings, which had been set for October 25, 1979. Since then, the Licensing Board has postponed the evidentiary hearir , , follow-ing several conferenca calls with the parties. No further hearing dates have yet been set. The motion for rescheduling is, therefore, moot. For this reason, Applicants urge the Licensing Board to dismiss the motion.
