IE Bulletin No. 79-23 In accordance with your request, the following information has been provided as response to IE Bulletin 79-23.
After reviewing drawings and manuals applicable to our emergency diesel generators, we have concluded that this bulletin does not apply to our facility.
This is due to the fact that our system is designed with an ungrounded exciter.
