Operating License - R-31 REQUEST FOR ACTION UNDER 10 CFR 2.206 Notice is hereby given that by petition dat*d October 3,1979, P. Kelly Fitzpatrick requested that the license issued to Caonolic l'niversity for operation of a reactor ce suspended, an inspection and investigation of alleged violations of the operating license be conducted and an order be issued to Catholic University to show cause why the license should not remain suspended pending a thorough review of the licensee's operations.
This petition is being treated as a request 'or action under 10 CFR 2.206 of the Commission's re, 'stions, and accordingly, action will be taken on the cetition within a reasonable time.
