50-260 50-296 During the past two years, various submittals (plans or revisions thereto) have been provided NRC pertaining to Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant security. Each of these documents requested that an individual within NRC return receipts for the proprietary plans along with superseded material to TVA.
Instructions for the return of the affected material are found on the numbered receipt and instruction sheet for each plant or revision.
To date, the NRC has not returned several return receipts and/or the superseded material as requested. We believe that your staff understands the nature of making certain that sensitive proprietary information is controlled. Enclosed is a list of all material provided NRC with the corresponding date and description of each submittal. Please return the return receipts and/or superseded material as described in the enclosure. We would appreciate your cooperation in dealing with this matter.
