Plant Edwin I. Hatch Unit II Dccket No. 50-366 License No. SNM-1772
Dear Mr. Saltzman:
The attached Invoice No. 774-79 has been received to cover indemnity fee on this license for the period October 28, 1979, through October 27, 1980.
It is our understanding that License No. SNM-1772 covered storage and possession of nuclear fuel and was replaced by Operating License No. NPF-5.
I would appreciate your letting me know if No. SNM-1772 was indeed replaced by No. NPF-5, and a result, "he $100.00 indemnity fee of Invoice No. 774-79 should no longer be due.
Very truly yours, D.
B.
