Page 2 of 2 Pages U.S. NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION EXPORT LICENSE Conditions License Number XSNM01551 Condition 1 - Licensee shcIl file with the Customs Officer or the Postmaster two copies,in cddi-tion to those otherwise required, of the Shipper's Export Dec! oration covering ecch export and merk one of such copies for transmittel to the U.S. Nuclect Regu-Ictory Commission, Washington, D.C. 20555. The following declorction should oc-company or be placed on the Shipper's Export Declorctions for such exports:
"This shipment is being mcde pursuont to specific license number (specific license number) filed at(location of Customs office where license is filed),
on (date license was filed). This license expires on (expiration date of license), end the unshipped bclence remcining on this license is sufficient to cover the shipment described on this declerction.
Condition 2 - Exports authorized in any country er destinction, except Country Groups Q, S, W, X, Y, and 2 in Port 370, Supplement No.1, of the Comprehenstve Export Schedule of the U.S. Depcrtment of Ccmmerce.
Condition 3 - This license covers only the nuclear content of the meterict.
Condition 4 - The mcreric: to be exported under this license sbcIl be shipped in accordance with the physical protection reevirements for specici nuclecr material in 10 CFR 73.
Condition 5 - Special nuclear matenal cuthorized for export uncier th;s license shall not be trcnsported outside the United States in petsenger ccrrying circroft in shipments exceeding (1) 20 g cms or 20 curies, whichever is less, of plutonium or urcnium 233, or (2) 350 grams of uranium 235.
Condition 6-This licen:e authorizes export only and does not cuthorize the rece pt, physical possessien, or use of the nuclear meterici.
Condition 7 - The hcensee shcIl complete and submit en NRC Form 741 for ecch shipment of source meterici exported uncer this license.
Condition 8 - The licensee shcIl cdvise the NRC in the event there is any change in the designo-tion of the company who will package the nuc! ear material to be exported under this license, or cny chcnge in the lecction of the pcckcging operation, ct least three weeks prior to the scheduled dcte of export.
