NO. E-53 AMENDfiENT NJ. 9 Effective May 1, 1977, Indemnity Agreement No. E-53, between The Regents of the University of California, and the Atomic Energy Commission, dated August 5,1969, as amended, is hereby further amended by modifying the prefatory language of paragraph 4, Article I, to read as follows:
