Dear Sir:
This letter is to inform the NRC that the Authority will provide, by November 30, 1979, responses to the NRC letter, cited as reference 1, regarding commitments to additional full scale tests to confirm the conservatism in the condensation oscillation loads specified in the Mark-I Program Load Definition Report.
Reference 2 gives a discussion of the Mark-I Owner's Group efforts to provide uniform and meaningful commitments.
