EPA Uranium Fuel Cycle Standard, 40CFR190
Dear Mr. Cammill:
Your letter of September 17, 1979 requested Nebraska Public Power District to demonstrate conformance with the subject regulations.
The provisions of 40CFR190 are being satisfied by the continued operation of Cooper Nuclear Station in accordance with the present Technical Specifications until such time as our proposed Radiological Effluent Technical Specifications are approved. Conformance is demonstrated by the evaluation of doses based on actual environmental measurements contained in the Cooper Nuclear Station Semi-Annual Operating Report.
