Enclosed please find an application from Transnuclear, Incorporated for a license to export 12,714 kilograms uranium enriched to 3.250ura61um-23 for use as reload fuel for the Obrigheim reactor in West Germany.
Before taking action on this license application, we would appreciate your views, in accordance with established procedure quested license would be inimical to the interests of.the United States meets the applicable criteria in the Atomic Energy A Nuclear Nonprofiferation Act of 1978.
