DearMdo'eIb This will confirm our meeting scheduled for October 18, 1979, at 2:00 p.m.,
to further discuss the contentions you have proposed in this proceeding. We appreciate y?ur offer to meet in downtown Chicago, and we had intended to hold the meeting there. However, after our telephone conversation today, we discovered that tr.cre is no suitable meeting space available in downtown Chicago on October 18. Therefore, we are planning to meet at NRC's Region III offices, 799 Roosevelt Road, Glen Ellyn, Illinois.
As indicated during our recent phone conversation, I will be accompanied by Mr. Stuart Treby, Mr. Fleming Empson and Mr. Brett Spitalny, the Staff's Project Managers responsible for the review of the GE application and Mr. John Roberts, senior staff member.
In addition, it is expected that counsel for GE, Mr. Ronald W. Szwajkowski and Mr. Edward Firestone, accom-panied by Mr. David Dawson of GE, will attend our meeting.
