DOCKET NUMBER 50-289 OPERATING LICENSE NUMBER DPR-50 ICS RELIABILITY ANALYSIS The Babcock and Wilcox Company transmitted ten (10) copies of the subject analysis (B&W-1564) to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission by letter dated August 17, 1979. We have reviewed Babcock and Wilcox's analysis and ha';e concluded that it is applicable to TMI-1. This Analysis is responsive to long term recommended requirement number one of the August 9, 1979 Commission order regarding TMI-l Restart.
