Dear Mr. Kuzmycz:

Per your informed inquiry concerning the radiation monitors at Fort St. Vrain, we have prepared the attached table in response to the eight (8) questionc you forwarded.

We have taken a quick look at the high-range stack monitor, RT-7324-2, and have concluded that if we were to release the entire primary coolant inventory out the plant stack assuming a 30,000 Ci design circulating activity, our high-range stack monitor would re-6 7

main on scale (%10 cpm versus a capability of 10 cpm for the monitor).
