Dear Ms. Morse:
This will confirm our telephone conversation today in which I advised you that arrangements have been finalized for the tour of the LACBWR plant in Genoa, Wisconsin by the Li-censing Board in accordance with the request contained in the Board's " Notice of Prehearing Conference and Evidentiary Hearing" dated August 2.1, 1979.
The tour will commence at the LACBWR plant at' 9 :00 am on Thursday, September 20, 1979.
Pursuant to 10 C.F.R S 2.780, you are hereby invited to accompany the Board on this tour as the representative of the Coulee Region Energy Coalition, provided that you agree to be bound by, and to comply with, all applicable security and safety regulations and requirements in effect at the LACBWR plant.
