SUMMARY
DISPOSITION OF SPECIIEC CONTENT!0V3 Intevenors, as mentioned above, move to be part of motion sutoitted by State of Oregon, dated September 12, 1979, and support said motion.
We believe the State of Oregon motion clearly states the reasons why the motion should be granted and we will not repeat those facts here. Ne would add the following:
- 1) Intervenors filed interrogatories on licensee on August 27, 1979 whien have a direct bearing on all or part of licensee's motion for Summary Disposition.
- 2) To grant an extension of time to one party and not a.notner would be highly arejudical in this case. The reason being that it is our contentions that are subject to the licensee's motion and to give one party more tit:e and access to infotnation would definitely but us at a disadvantage in defending our case Berefore, we request that the Licensing 3oard; rule in f r/or o f the State of Oregon's ?.otion for extension of time and that the 30ard's der also apply to 20ove mentioned int ervero rs.
