USS HOLLAND (AS-32) 10 CFR Part 71 QA Program 1.
Reference (a) stated that the proposed HOLLAND @ Program does not meet the requirements of Appendix E to 10 CFR Part 71 and requested that a copy of the revised QA Program be forwarded.

Enclosure (1) is the revised USS HOLLAND 10 CFR Part 71 QA Program.
t This program conforms to paragraphs 1, 2, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18 of Appendix E Title 10 CER Part 71 and was developed from guidgnce provided in reference (a).
This program will be incorporated into USS' HOLLA11D Repair Department Instruction 5100.3J upon approval by the Nucle'ar Pegulatory Com-mission.
