SUBJECT:
DOCKETIh3 0F CESSAR FSAR The Reactor Systems Branch has reviewed the predocketing material submitted by Combustion Engineering for CESSAR FSAR.
The staff generally finds that the submitted information meets the minimum docketing requirements as set forth in the Standard For.aat (NUREG-75/094) and the Standard Review Plan (NUREG-75/087).
The staff finds the discussion on intersystem leakage detection to be insufficient in that primary detection methods (such ai sump level or pressure indicato s) are not discussed.
Combustion Engineering has comitted on the Yallow Creek Plant Docket (50-566) to provide this infonnation in the CESSAR FSAR along with detection sensitivities, response times, alerm provisions and details of the means of detecting intersystem leakag1.
Notwithstandingtheincompletedetailsprovidedonintersys\\emleakage, the staff f.inds sufficient infomation provided in the CE submittal to docket CESSAR FSAR and begin a formal review.
