Status of Corrective Action and Investigation -
The s atus of actions in progress for resolution of the subject MCAR is as. fol2ows.
, , , 1) Bechtel has rcccived confirmation from Crinnell that spool 1-ELB-25-638-13-2, Register Number MP-4-11, is being purchased and refabri-
_',_ ccted from ASME SA 333, Grade 6 material as previously stated in Interin Report 3.
- 2) Grinnell has expericaced equipment calibracion problems and has subcontracted the impact retesting of heat L-20479 at 70F. The subcontractor has also experienced delays in completing the required impact retesting. Grinnell, upon successful completion of the retesting, will submit an SDDR as stated in Interim Rep (st 3.
Because of the pending disposition of heat L-20479, the reportable condition of pipe remains uncertain at this time.
Forcast Data for Investigation and Corrective Action The final report is scheduled for Novc=ber 19, 1979.
