i2. DE5citiPTION OF AMENDMCNT/ MODIFICATION This supplemental Agreement is issuad pursuant to the " LIMITATION OF COST" Clause and mutual agreeant of tne parties, to 1) provide for a cost growth of $1,614.24 above the estimated cost specified in the contract; and 2) provide for a fourth rapporteur at the Seattle workshop and rapporteurs' attenda ce at the pre-workshop briefings at an increase in n
estimated ccst of $1,677.99, and to provide for an increase in fixed fee of $281.73.
Accordinglj, the fol_ lowing changes to the subject contract are effected by this modification:
Under Article VII - CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION DATA, Paragraph B and C are changed to read as follows:
"B.
Total Estimated Cost and Obligation of Funds Total Estimated Cost - The total estimated cost to the Government for, per-formance of this contract for the purpose of Clause 4 of the General Provision:
entitled " Limitation of Cost" is $66,505.85.
Obligation of Funds - The amount presently obligated by the Government with respect to this contract is $66,505.85.

Allowable Ccst, Fee and Payment (1) Allowable Cost - The allowable cost under this contract, tixed fee and payment shall be made in accordance with Clause 5 of the General Provisions entitled " Allowable Cost, Fee and Payment."
(2) Fixed ree - The fixed fee payable to the Contractor for the performance of the work under this contract is $5,211.88. Inere shall be no adjustment in the amount of the Contractor's fixed fee by reason of differences between any estimate of cost fo. per-formance of the work under this contract and the actual cost performance of that work."
