Docket No. 50-274 AMENDMENT TO INDEMNITY AGREEMENT NO. D-10 AMENDMENT N0. 10 Effective May 1,1977, Indemnity Agreement No. D-10, between U. S.
Geological Survey, and the Atomic Energy Commission, dated April 8, 1968, as amended, is hereby further amended by modifying the prr.fatory language of paragraph 4, Article I, to read as follows:
"In the course of transportation" means in the course of transportation within the United States, or in the course of transporation outside the United States and any other nation, including handling or temporary storage incidental thereto, of the radioactive material to the location or from the location provided that:
