Application No. XSNM-1471 NRC STAFF ANSWER TO MOTION BY CDP FOR ORAL HEARING On October 5,1979, the Center for Development Policy (CDP) filed a Motion for Oral Hearing in the Matter of Wesunghouse Electric Corp. (Exports to the Philippines--Application Nos. XR-120 (Dkt. No. 50-574?, XCOM-0013 and XSNM-1471. ) In this motion CDP requested to make oral argument on the issue of its intervention and the scope of a hearing, if any, at the Commission's October 10, 1979, meeting on the export matter.
Since the Commission dealt with the motion at its meetiag, the request is now moot and the NRC staff does not propose to reply to the motion.
