Millstone Nuclear Power Station, Unit No. 2 Startup Testing Report Pursuant to Millstone Nuclear Power Station, Unit No. 2, Technical Specification 6.9.1.3, Northeast Nuclear Energy Company (NNECO) hereby submits the summary report of the plant startup and power escalation testing, following the Cycle 3 refueling.
As indicated in the Attachment, all startup test results met acceptance criteria and Technical Specification requirements, with the exception of the Power Coefficient measurement. The justification for this deviation, which is traceable to refinements in analytical simulation, is also provided.
We trust you find the attached report cufficient to fulfill the requirements of the Millstone Unit No. 2 Technical Specifications.
