To assum our requirenents for the guidelines to be used to develop i:nproved cperating proceduras for ccping with srall break LOCA's are met. Said requirements are delineated in the D.F. Ross to G.E. Leibler letter dated October 18, 1979.

Expanding the guidelines in reper* CEN-114-F to include infc &
