. At the conclusion of the Executive Session, the Subcornittee will hear presentations by and hold discussiens with representatives of the lac Staff, the Dairyland Power Cooperative, et al, and their consultants, pertinent to this revies.
'1he Subcordttee cay,then caucus to detemine whether the natters identified in the initial session reve been adequately covered and whether any aspects need to be reviewed by the full Committee.
In addition, it ray be necessary for the Subco=tittee to h id one or more closed sessions for the purpose of exploring ratters involving proprietary info rcatien.
I have determined, in accordance with Subsection 10(d) of Public Law 92-4 63, that, should such sessions be required, it is necessary to close these sessions to protect proprietary infomation (5 '!.S.C. 552b(c) (4)).
Further infocation regarding topics to be discussed, whether the meeting has been cancelled or rescheduled, the Chairran's ruling on requests for the cppor-cunity to present oral statements and the time allotted therefor can be obtained by a prepaid telephone call to the Designated Federal Employee for this meeting, v.r.
