This is the ' report of the Public Utility 3 card of the City of Brownsville, Texas ("Brcwnsville") concerning its progress during August toward the completien of dis-covery in the above-captioned cases.
3rewnsville has been assembling additional specified documents requested by Ecusten Lighting & Power Company and dccuments respcnsive to the document request associated with EL&P's subpcenas served on varicus of 3rewnsville empicyees.
3rcwnsville anticipates..aving these documents available for EL&P by the end of the week.
3rcwnsville has also been wcrking with Central Pcwer
& Light Ccmpany to resolve certain cutstanding questiens con-i cerning confidentiality of scme dccuments produced by cps; i
and CP&L's prcduction of dccuments in respense to 3rownsville's interroga: cries and requests for dccuments.
