The enclosure refers to the meeting held at our request at the EDS Nuclear, Inc.,
offices in San Francisco, California on September 5, 1979, attended by you, members of the EDS Nuclear staff, and representatives of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
The matters discussed at this meeting were primarily related to your planned systems for preparing and implementing a quality assurance program for use in design activities in accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 50, Appendix B.
In addition, we discussed in general terms the scope of our review and inspection of your quality assurance program.
