'd Gentlemen:
In accordance with our conference call of September 10, 1979, the parties have agreed to the following schedule for filing of proposed findings of fact. All filing dates are calculated from October 1st,1979. The Applicants will file proposed findings on October 22; Intervenors on November 2; the Staff on November 13th (the agreed upon date of November 12 is a Federal holiday);.ad the Applicants will file their response ten days after service of the Staff's proposed findings.
All efforts will be made by the parties to either hand deliver the proposs'd findings or send them by express mail.
The issue which will not be the subject c! proposed findings is emerge..cy planning.
It is the Commonwealth's position that the cost-benefit balance cannot be stricken until emergency plar$ ting at the alternative sites is considered. Therefore, it will defer its consideration of demography ur.til the issue of emergency planning is heard. The Staff and Applicants will address demography at alternative sites to the extent it does not relate to emergency planning.
With regard to the Intervenor Massachusetts Wildlife Federation (MWF), there is a slight deviation from the schedule. MWF will file its proposed rindings on Novem-ber 13 rather than November 2 unless the Staff and MWF can arrive at stipulated li93 216 r

Unless the Board indicates to the contrary, the parties will adhere to this schedule.
