Based on the discussions this morning between NRC staff and TN Americas, I have attached here the following:
- a revised, new MS Word file for CoC 1004 Appendix A Inspections, Tests, and Evaluations
- a revised Enclosure 8 to E-54825 which removes the visual inspections item at the very end of the enclosure
- a revised Enclosure 18 to E-54825, which changes the description of the change to Amendment 15 Technical Specification 4.1 (Notes and proposed alternatives provision)
