Dear Mr. McLeod:
This is in further response to your letter dated September 6,1979, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, all documents regarding the Uranium Tailings spill at the United Nuclear Corporation's Church Rock, N.M. mine.
At the time our September 27, 1979 letter to you was being prepared and dispatched, we were unaware that simultaneously some additional documents subject to your request were being identified, duplicated, and sent to this office from one of our offices located in another building some distance away from us.
After we dispatched our September 27, 1979 letter to you, we received the additional documents listed in Appendix A hereto. Accordingly, we have reproduced the additional 33 pages at the charge of $0.10 per page as specified in 10 CFR 9.14(a) of the Commission's regulations.
Please send your additional check in the amount of $3.30 payable to "U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission", along with a copy of this letter to the Director, Division of Rules and Records, Room MNBB-4210, U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Washington, DC 20555.
A copy of each additional document is also being placed in the NRC Public Document Room, 1717 H Street, N.W., Washington, DC.
