That 1.t is the task of the contractor's QA to effectively supervise the concrete pourings, and it is the task of the owner to effectively and at all times supervise the actions of the contractor's QA departrent; otherwise, the company's QA would not be able to immediately and abruptly stop "an improper concre te pour.
- 9. That the only way, in my experience, to guarantee that con-crete is of a sufficient compressive strength and no further existing honeycombs, that there are is to ultra-sound every square c 4 T~
yard of poured concrete, and that is impossible because of all the prior pours; the inspectors, in my opinion, the concrete under ground or under other obstr -cannot surveil ons.
