You are hereby directed to perform the followth9 cackfit efforts as initially negotiated as TASK 5.3.
The following directed backfit operations are issued in advance of and in anticipation of the TASK 5 Backfit Implementation Plan due tn tiie exigency of the Three Mile Island Inci/ int STATEMENT OF WORK lERA Advanced Servic[s Corporation (the DCS Contractor) will process, encode, enter data and provide titled microfiche for an estimated 10,000 to 12,000 documents relating to Three Mile Island, Unit 1, and as much as possible of the estimated 8,000 to 10,000 documents relating to Oconee-l.
The Division of Technical Information and Document Control, ADM, will provide TERA with the documents for these power plant files. TERA will return the documents to TIDC subsequent to completion of the above activities. TIDC will be responsible for the necessary copying and distribution of hard copy; TERA will provide 30 copies of each microfiche to TIDC for distribution.

If this change ccuses an incri.nse or decrease in the estiniated cost of, of the time required for the per formance of any part of the work of this contract, whether changed or not changed by this order, or oi.her-wise affects any other provisions of this contract, an equitable adjustment shall be made:
(i) in the estimated cost or delivery schedule, or both; (ii) in the amouilt of fixed fee to be paid to the contractor; and (iii) in such othe provisions of the coiitract as may be affected, and the contract shall be modified in writing at.cordingly.
Any claim for adjustment must be a serted within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt by the contractor of this notificaticii of change.
