MEMORANDUM AND ORDER Attached is a photocopy and typed transcribed version of the lett r dated July 28, 1979 from Mrs. Jean Debeljak in response to the Chairman's letter of July 16.
The Board rules that Mrs. Debeljak has not requested a hearing in this pro-ceeding separate from the hearing requested by Ohio State Senator Tim McCormack; that she does not request to be a formal party to any hearing conducted pursuant to the Commission's Order dated July 5, 1979; but that she may wish to state her position, either in person or in writing, on the issues in any hearing held concerning this matter.
Accordingly, Mrs. Debeljak will be afforded the opportunity pursuant to 10 CFR I 2.715, and in accordance with further orders of the Board, to make a limited appearance statement, either in writing or by personal appearance at any session of any hearing or prehearing conference in this proceeding.
