Comments en Parties' Preparation for Hearing Sessien 1.
The Board 1.s appreciative of the correspendence which it has received from the parties, thrcugh their respective attorneys, concernmg preparatica for the evidentiary hearing scheduled to begin en July 17, 1979.

With respect to the preposed order of presentation and the transmittal letter cf June 29, 1979 frem Mr. Themsen, the Scard observes as follows:
(a) In working cut the order of presentatica ameng Sem-selves, th'e parties should allow for limited appearances at the outset cf the hearing.
(b) Unless the parties have goed reascn for scheduling otherwise, de Beard would prefer to have all forthcoming evidence en geology and seismology, including crcss-ev,*atica S93208 790024 034 f
. and board interrogatien, to be presented at one and the same hearing session and not to have such evidence split between two or more hearing sessicas.
3.
The NRC Staff and SCANP are expected to indicate at or before the July 17 hearing session when they will prefile their testimony on geology and seismology.
4.
At the July 17 hearing sessien, the Board will ask the parties for an agreeable time for the next evidentiary hearing sessicn.
