DIESEL GENERATOR FUEL OIL-QUALITY ASSURANCE REQUIREMENTS Toledo Edison Company _ letter dated 11 arch 5,1982 (No. 792). indicates that the diesel generator fuel oil will be included in the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station Quality Assurance Program by April 15, 1982 and that until that time fuel oil testing will be performed in accordance with the proposed QA program. We find that the proposed inclusion of diesel generator fuel within the Quality Assurance Program is in accordance with our position as stated in NRC letter dated January 7,1980, and therefore, this item is satisfactorily resolved.
