Pursuant to a conversation with Mr. StetKa of your staff, the following information is provided.
As set forth in the initial response to I&E Bulletin No.
79-14, transmitted on July 9,1979, subject Seismic Analyses for As Built Safety Related Piping Systems, the concerns addressei! by this I&E Bulletin are included in the scope of the piping stress analysis program being conducted by the Architect-Engineer for the James A. FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant.
Within 30 days of November 3, 1979, a report regarding completion of the piping stress analyses program will be transmitted to the Director of Nuclear Reactor Regulation.
