In reference to your Mr. Singh Bajwa's telephone conversation with Mr. E. T. Eilmann, Ohio Edison Company, I have enclosed OEC's 1970 Ten Year Forecast Report to The Ohio Department of Energy. It is our understanding that Mr. Bajwa intends to forward this report to Mr. Norm Hinkle at Oak Ridge National Laboratory to be used in updating Chapter 8 of Erie Nuclear Plant's Final Environmental Statement.
