The inspection involved 90 inspector hours onsite by two NRC inspectors.

The inspection began during day shift period; 18 inspection hcurs were

accomplished during off shift periods.

Results- The Licensee was found to be in compliance with NRC require-

ments witiain the 21 areas examined during this inspection except for the

following three items:

1.

Security Organization - Some guards were not qualified in accordance

with commitments.

Access Controls (Search) - Some individuals were not adequately

searched.

(Repeat Infraction)

3.

Testing and Maintenance - Some security related equipment was not

tested in accordance with commitments.
