Section 9.0 of Materials and Plant Protection Amendment f1PP-1 to License SNfi-7 was amended on August 13, 1979, to incorporate your Site Security Personnel Training Plan. An amendment fee of $4,800 was paid for our review and approval of the plan.
In accordance with Footnotes 1(d) and 4 of the enclosed 10 CFR 170, we have reviewed the manpower expenditures required for the review of the subject application for amendment, and the actual review fee is $1,292.
We have notified our Office of the Controller to refund $3,508 to you.
