70-2623 TO THE PARTIES:
The General Counsel has received executed copies of the affi-davit attached to the Commission's order of November 2 from Jesse L. Riley, representing Carolina Environmental Study Group, Richard P. Wilson, representing the State of South Carolina, and J. Michael McGarry, III and Uilliam L. Porter, on behalf of the licensee.
We have also received and accepted an affidaicit from Samuel L.
Finklea, an expert for the State of South Carolina.
David 3. Fleis chaker, represent-ing the Natural Resources Defense Council, has informed us that he does not wish to receive the protected materials and will not be executing an affidavit.
