Dear Chris:
This will confirm our telephone conversation of riovember 28, 1979 regarding the exchange of discovery between CEC and the f1RC Staff.
We agreed to the following:
- 1) the date for service of CEC's response to the Staff's interrogatories and document request will be extended by one week, from fiovember 28 to December 5, 1979 (the NRC Staff has agreed to requests by Gary Hursh and Mike Remy for similar one week extensions (until December 5) for their responses to the Staff's dis-covery);
- 2) the date for service of the fiRC Staff's response to CEC's interrogatories and document request will be extended by one week, from December 4 to December 11, 1979; and
- 3) should CEC find that they require reasonable extension of the December 17, 1979 date for service of final discovery requests (that date having been previously proposed by all parties to the Board), the Staff will not oppose such rc. quest.
