Gentlemen:
The following is submitted in response to your Notice of Violation contained in the subject report dated October 23, 1979.
Item:
Technical Specification 6.8.1 requires that, " Written procedures shall be established, implemented, and maintained covering.
a.
The applicable procedures recommended in Appendix "A" of Regulatory Guide 1.33."
As required in paragraph A of Appendix A to Regulatory Guide 1.33, Pro-cedure GCP 300 " Nuclear Licensing Document Control" has been established.
Section 4.4.7.2 of this procedure requires that each designated person having a copy of the Q-List shall ensure that his Q-List is kept up to date with all amendments.
Contrary to the above, three members of the AP&L staff were found to have outdated copics of the Unit 1 Q-List.
Response
(ANO-1) Q-List The distribution list for the Arkansas Nuc1 car One-Unit 1 has been revised and current copies of the Q-List have been sent to every-one on this revised distribution list.

To avoid further noncompliance, all future copics of the ANO-1 Q-List sent to ANO will be sent to the attention of the Gcaeral Manager.
The copies will then be distributed by ANO Document Control.
Full compliance will be achieved by December 10, 1979, at which time all transmittal sheets should be returned.
