S CENTRAL POWER AND LIGHT COMPANY'S THIRD SET OF INTERROGATORIES AND REQUEST FOR PRODUCTION OF DOCUMENTS ADDRESSED TO THE TEXAS UTILITIES GENERATING COMPANY, ET AL.
Central Power and Light Company
(" CPL") through its attorneys end pursuant to Sections 2.740b and 2.741 of thia Commission's Rules of Practice, propounds the following interrocitories and request for production of documents to Texas Utilities Generating Company ("TUGCO"), Texas Electric Service Company ("TESCO"), Dallas Power and Light Company
("DPL"), and Texas Power and Light Company ("TPL") (the "TU Companies" collectively or a "TU Company" individually).
CPL requests that answers to these interrogatories be filed within fourteen days and that documents requested be pro-1504 001 duced within thirty days.

. Interrogatory No._l:
For each month since and including r
June 1977 (a) identify each electric utility which has purchased off-peak interruptible energy from any TU Company and state the date during the month such purchase was made; (b) identify the TU Company from which such off-peak interruptible energy was purchased; (c) state the amount (in killowatt hours) of off-peak interruptible energy which each such electric utility purchased from any TU Company; (d) state the price at which the off-peak interruptible energy was sold during the month; (e) state the total amount of additional off-peak interruptible energy which the TU Companies had available to sell at the time each sale was made; (f) state the total revenues received by the TU Com-panies (or any of them) from sales of off-peak interruptible energy; (g) state whether the TU Companies were unable to provide any off-peak interruptible energy requested of them during the month; and (h) produce (i) all documents reflecting an offer by any TU Company to sell off-peak interruptible energy, and (ii) all documents reflecting or relating to any other electric utility's response to any offer by any TU Company to sell off-peak interruptible energy.

. Interrogatory No. 2:
State, by type (e.g., economy, emer-gency, maintenance, etc.),
(a) the total amount of electric energy transferred to, received from or exchanged with any other electric utility (excluding off-peak interruptible energy) by each TU Company in each month since July 1, 1974; (b) the other electric utility to, from or with which the TU Company transferred, received or exchanged such electric energy; (c) the total revenue received by the TU Companies, or any of them, or the total cost to the TU Companies, or any of them, of such transfer, receipt or exchange of electric energy.
Interrogatory No. 3:
State the most recent projected future costs of (a)
- coal, (b)
- lignitc, (c)
- gas, (d)
- oil, (e) nuclear fuel to TPL, DPL, TESCO, for the years 1980 through 1995.
Interrogatory No. 4:
Produce a copy of (a) the Comanche Peak ownership agreement and associ-ated transmission agreement entered into by and between TUGCO, DPL, TPL and TESCO and the Texas Municipal Power Agency on or about January 2, 1979; and 1504 003
_4 (b) the two agreements entered into between TPL and the Texas Municipal Power Agency ("TMPA" ) whereby TPL agreed to supply ready economy energy and/or interruptible off-peak economy energy to the TMPA.
