MOTION OF THE NRC STAFF FOR A TWO-DAY EXTENSION IN WHICH TO RESPO!D TO PETITIONS FOR COMMISSION REVIEW OF ALAB-560 Due to the untimely death this week of a family member of the principal Staff counsel assigned to this matter, the Staff hereby moves the Commission for a two-day extension, until November 21,1979 (close of business), in which to respond to petitions for Commission review of ALA5-560.
On the basis of this extension, the Commission may wish to extend by two days (until December 9,1979) its time in which to review the filed petitions and answers.
Applicants' attorneys have advised that they do not oppose this motion.
