License No. DPR-50 Docket No. 50-289 TMI-2 Lesson Learned Short-Term Requirements Your letter dated October 30, 1979 directed to all Operating Reactors clarified certain TMI-2 lessons learned requirements and requested a response within 15 days of receipt. The TMI-1 " Restart Report" documents, (or vill by November 28,1979) the method we intend to use to implement the lessons learned requirements. Differences between the requirements defined in your letter are or vill be justified in the Restart Report.
In addition, all of the short-tem requirements vill be completed before restart.
