Dear Mr. Armbruster:
This is in response to your letter dated October 20, 1979 in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, documents regarding the Nuclear Engineering Company's (NEC) low-level radioactive waste disposal facility in Beatty, Nevada.
In a November 15, 1979 telephone conversation with Mr. Stephen Isaacs of my staff, Mr. Charles Eason Jr., of your staff was advised that due to the volume of documentation, the files regarding NEC were being made available for review at the Willste Building located at 7915 Eastern Avenue, Silver Spring, MD. Please contact Ms. Kitty S. Dragonette (427-4433) to make arrangements to review the files.
Sincerely, Y :Ill&
