Dear Mr. Taylor:
This letter is to give notice that we have concurrently asked our Office of the Controller to bill your Company for the review and approval of ycur re-port on Detennination of the Fuel Rod Bow DN9 Penalty which was submitted to the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (ONRR) for review by your letter dated December 13, 1978. We understand that the ONRR staff completed the review of the above item on October 18, 1979.
Fees for this vaview are in accordance with 10 CFR 170.21, Category F - Special Projects and Reviews.
The total cost to be billed is $8,736 based on review time involving 224 pro-fessional man-hours at $39 per man-hour. The invoice for this amount will be sent to you by the Office of the Controller within a few oays. Upon your receipt of the invoice, payment should be made to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission and forwarded to the Office of the Controller. When making payment, please make reference to the Controller's invoice number.
