Dear Sir:
Three Mile Island Nuclear Station, Unit 1 (TMI-1)
Operating License No. DPR-50 Docket No. 50-289 In Technical Specifications Change Request No. 84 (TSCR 84), submitted under our letter of June 23, 1978 (GQL 1044), it was determined that TSCR 84 was a Class III License Amendment.
Our submittal therefore included Met-Ed Check No. 79491, in the amount of $4,000.00.
Your letter of August 16, 1978 indicated that you had identified TSCR 84 as a Class IV License Amendment, because it involved a complex 1., sue.
Therefore, enclosed please find Met-Ed Check No. 90868 in the amount of $8,300.00.
This check, when combined with Met-Ed Check No. 79491, will bring the total remittance for TSCR 84 to S12,300, the proper amount for a Class IV License Amendment per 10 CFR 170.22.
