Pursuant to our telephone conversation of yesterday, enclosed are the Licensing Board's Memorandum and Order, dated August 20, 1979 and the " Licensee's Response to Petitioner's Statement of Standing", dated August 8,1979. Although you had apparently received the Board order, you indicated you had not received the Licensee's pleading. A review of the service list attached to that pleading indicates that, indeed, you were not served. In view of the custanding Board order permitting you until September 7,1979 to supplement your statement of interest, I advised you to promptly notify the Licensing Board Chairman of the circumstances and to make such motion as you deem r.ecessary.
