B-60 AMENDMENT NO. 8 Effective May 1,1977, Indemnity Agreement No. B-60, between Northern States Power Company, and the Atomic Energy Comission, dated April 6,1972, as amended, is hereby further amended by modifying the prefatory language of paragr;ph 5, Article I, to read as follows:
